Fredda Wasserman, MA, MPH, CT, Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist, has a background in both Public Health and Clinical Psychology. Recognized for her work in guided
imagery and the mind/body/soul connection, Fredda specializes in working with people who are looking for ways to reduce stress
and create balance in their lives. She is the Clinical Director at OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center and a
member of the faculty at the UCLA Geffen School of medicine. Fredda’s CD series is designed to help
people learn to relax, balance their lives, and find creative solutions to life’s challenges.
